We hereby inform you that the Health Regulation Agency of Honduras (ARSA) has issued notice A-ARSA-041-V1, which states that, as of February 25, 2026, new procedures related to medical devices are available through the Online Services System (SOL) Platform.
The enabled procedures are as follows:
- DM021: Authorization for depletion of inventory of labels, packaging, and IFU (Instructions for Use).
- DM029: Sanitary notifications for medical devices and other devices of sanitary interest.
- DM030: Certificate of classification of medical devices and other devices of sanitary interest (product or service certificate).
