We hereby inform you that, derived from the Deficiency Notices issued by the Surveillance, Monitoring, and Control Unit of the DRCPFA, in which documentation, information, or supporting evidence is requested for previously submitted Notifications, the Authority establishes strict deadlines for the submission of the corresponding responses.
In some cases, the required documentation has not been available within the necessary timeframe to prepare and submit the response to the Authority. In this regard, we have formally inquired about the possibility of requesting extensions; however, the Authority has indicated that no extensions are being granted for this type of requirement (see image of the communication below).
Therefore, it is essential to have all requested documentation available at least 2 business days in advance of the deadline established by the Authority, as several internal processes must be completed prior to submission, such as review and preparation of the response file, collection and validation of documents, signature and stamping by the responsible professional and Legal Representative, pagination, upload to the internal system, and coordination of the logistics route for official submission.
We greatly appreciate your support in prioritizing the timely delivery of the required documentation in order to avoid non-compliance with the Authority and potential administrative sanctions.
