In accordance with Communication C-ARSA-023-V1, published on April 17, 2026, it is hereby informed that, as of Thursday, April 16, 2026, the replacement fee for services provided by the Medical Devices Directorate must be paid exclusively using the TGR-1 receipt.
The procedure to follow is detailed below:
- Check the service fee on the official website https://arsa.gob.hn
- Generate the TGR-1 receipt through the Ministry of Finance portal: https://tgr1.sefin.gob.hn/tgr/tgr1/tgr
- Make the corresponding payment at banks in person or online using debit or credit card through the virtual POS system.
- Submit the receipt for each procedure carried out.
It is also informed that:
- Procedures related to the National Directorate of Surveillance and Control are enabled for payment via TGR-1 receipt under Code 15299.
- Procedures of the Food and Beverages Directorate are processed via TGR-1 receipt under Code 12199.
- Procedures related to the Pharmaceutical Products Directorate are processed via TGR-1 receipt under Code 12203.
Please note that the TGR-1 receipt must be generated with the correct code and exact amount for each requested service, and a separate TGR-1 must be issued for each procedure.
